Job Description/Overview:
As a Provider Recruiter for the Care Operations Team at His & Hers, you will develop and implement provider recruitment strategies and manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals, including doctors, registered nurses, and nurse practitioners. The role is on a four-month contract (September – December) with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating, conducting interviews, and developing a talent pipeline of highly qualified and diverse clinical professionals.
– Develop, implement, and refine provider recruitment strategies.
– Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
– Ensure organized and accurate documentation of all candidates and interviews.
– Track and report key metrics on recruiting goals.
Qualifications needed:
– 2+ years of work experience in full-cycle recruiting.
– Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment market trends.
– Creative sourcing methods and experience finding new candidates.
– Familiarity with relevant tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
– Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
Bonus points:
– Experience in clinical recruitment is a plus.
