Job Description/Overview:
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Delivery Manager to join Latimer, the residential construction arm of Clarion Housing Group. You’ll be responsible for delivering multiple projects, from Section 106 schemes to large multi-tenure Joint Ventures, in partnership with contractors, developers, and consultants. Your focus will be on construction excellence, ensuring safety, quality, and effective commercial forecasting while keeping the customer at the forefront of the process.
You’ll collaborate with the wider Development Department and the Housing Association to manage projects aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you’ll oversee project risks, health & safety standards, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and deliver multiple residential construction projects.
– Collaborate with contractor, developer, and consultant partners.
– Ensure safety, quality, and commercial forecasting are met.
– Work closely with internal and external teams to achieve project goals.
– Monitor project risks and maintain high health & safety standards.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
– Experience in residential construction delivery in both Public and Private sectors.
– Competence in Excel, MS Suite, Pamwin, or similar commercial appraisal packages.
– Strong report writing, presentation, and project management skills.
– Ability to foster a team ethos and drive successful project outcomes.
Additional Information:
– Applicants must be able to travel across regions without reliance on public transport.
– This role is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
– Clarion is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.
