Key Responsibilities

- Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs of clients, ensuring efficient and courteous processing.
- Handle payments and update client records.
- Coordinate additional service requests and respond to clients’ specific needs.
- Perform administrative reception tasks, such as document preparation, record-keeping, and workspace organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and pleasant client experience.
Qualifications needed
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency with computer tools and hotel management software.
