Job Description/Overview:
Early Hood Education and Care is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join a wonderful EXCEEDING CENTRE North of Perth. The role involves leading preschoolers in a supportive environment that values educators. The center offers flexibility in working days and shifts and focuses on providing strong support to avoid burnout.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead preschoolers in a nurturing and educational environment
– Collaborate with a team to ensure effective assessment and evaluation techniques
– Establish positive relationships with both educators and parents
– Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment
Qualifications needed:
– Diploma or Early Childhood Degree recognized by ACECQA
– Experience working within a childcare center and/or preschool
– Effective assessment and evaluation techniques
– Ability to work collaboratively with a team
– Current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
– Current First Aid/Anaphylaxis/Asthma certifications
Experience:
– Previous experience in a childcare center or preschool setting
Skills:
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to create positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
