Role: Operations Support Administrator
Location: Highbrook
Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work
Competitive pay
Standard working hours, 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional early starts and late finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Health and safety leadership in risk assessment and forming new processes.
- Daily meeting schedule and weekly reporting on Health and Safety.
- Develop, create and improve SOP’s and also run Competency assessments.
- Create and manage PO’s through to full invoice payments
- Order and control inventory on office supplies and line needs.
- Coach and Train team if necessary.
Qualifications needed
- Manufacturing, Operations and Technical experience.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to smooth operations.
- Ability to spot and rectify errors in operations process and Data Management.
- Enthusiastic and adaptable team player.
- Experienced in LEAN, Six Sigma, H&S and QA management.
- Proficient in SAP and COUPA.
- People management and coaching
- Problem Solving, Planning and strategy development
- Process mapping, Data and Bottleneck analysis
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Budgeting and cost estimation
