We currently employ around 600 people across 5 sites in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
We are currently looking for a full-time Product Expert (m/f/d) for our Hollerich site as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
You will be involved in various phases of customer contact and the sales process. As an expert, you will spark interest in our customers regarding certain equipment, their functionalities, and their use. The goal is to promote customer satisfaction by clearly and convincingly explaining complex and often difficult-to-understand details. You will help customers fully understand the smart and comprehensive use of MB technologies and the extensive customization possibilities. To achieve this, you will work closely with the sales team, making yourself available when needed during a sales conversation, vehicle handover, or at events organized by Merbag. Additionally, you will support our sales team in various administrative activities.
Qualifications needed
- Completed professional training in a commercial or technical field, preferably in the automotive sector
- Strong interest in the latest technical developments in the automotive and communication fields
- Affinity with MB products and knowledge of the automotive sector; knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products is an advantage
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Confidence, teamwork, and empathy
- Excellent knowledge of German, French, Luxembourgish, and English
- Very good computer skills (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
