Job Description/Overview:
As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager for Amazon Web Services (AWS) at 1Password, you will play a critical role in executing our marketing strategy, spearheading the development of joint value propositions, and expanding our presence within the AWS ecosystem to accelerate revenue growth. This role is hands-on and involves close collaboration with partner sales and the global marketing team to drive demand for 1Password’s solutions on AWS and other public marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies to support growth with AWS and through the AWS Marketplace ecosystem.
– Craft persona-based solution messaging that articulates the joint value proposition of 1Password and AWS, aligning with 1Password core campaign themes and AWS key messages.
– Collaborate with internal and partner stakeholders to develop marketing collateral tailored for AWS marketing programs.
– Drive demand generation initiatives through targeted marketing programs aimed at generating leads and accelerating partner-sourced opportunities within the AWS ecosystem.
– Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of 1Password managed joint marketing campaigns.
– Manage AWS MDF and support the development and delivery of AWS-led and AWS-managed campaigns.
– Activate co-selling opportunities by creating marketing materials, training programs, and resources for AWS Marketplace partners.
– Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of 1Password’s presence at AWS field events and key industry conferences like AWS re:Inforce and AWS re:Invent.
– Develop enablement documents and collateral to support the training and activation of both internal and AWS sellers.
– Manage the AWS-dedicated marketing budget and optimize spending to improve results.
– Build and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders within GTM Partnerships and AWS partner teams.
– Stay informed about AWS APN and Marketplace trends and best practices to maximize marketing impact.
Qualifications needed:
– Education: Not specified
– Experience:
– 5+ years of partner marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
– Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and driving successful marketing programs.
– Experience working with AWS or other hyperscalers is highly desirable.
Skills:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
