Job Description/Overview:
As the Lead Brand Marketing Manager at HoYoverse, you will be responsible for generating and optimizing marketing ideas tailored to local markets, particularly North America. This role involves managing event campaigns, creating content, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies. You will analyze data to uncover new business opportunities and address gaps in audience knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
– Generate and optimize marketing ideas relevant to local markets
– Plan and implement on- and offline events
– Create and manage event campaign content
– Coordinate with teams to develop marketing strategies
– Analyze data to discover business potential and propose marketing methods
– Collaborate with internal teams to address audience knowledge gaps
Qualifications needed:
– 5+ years of experience in brand, product marketing, and/or publishing
– 5+ years working with games as a service or service-oriented products
– 3+ years leading global marketing teams
– Experience with both agency and in-house roles
– Strong content planning and data analysis skills
– Fluency in Chinese and English
– Familiarity with US market user characteristics
