Job Description/Overview:
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves interacting with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person.
Key Responsibilities
- To follow the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- To provide great quality customer service to clients and prospective clients
- To operate the Fuel bar: make shakes, coffees and provide refreshments
- To update working files & documents at the front desk
- To carry out administrative tasks using company systems
- To maintain accuracy in all transactions & provide end reports
- To ensure the facility is maintained at high hygiene standards
- To update the maintenance log/ inventory and follow up with any pending issues
- Other miscellaneous admin tasks as assigned by Management
Qualifications needed
Not Stated
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Role
- 1 year of Barista experience
- 1 year experience in Sales
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills and computer systems knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible shifts [AM & PM]
- Strong communication skills
- Quick learner and adaptable
