Job Description/Overview:
The Marketing Media Specialist is responsible for enhancing JANUS’s brand awareness and managing marketing communications both internally and externally. This includes developing marketing strategies, managing social media presence, creating content, and supporting business development and recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Establish and maintain JANUS brand awareness.
– Develop marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
– Manage and create content for social media and other marketing materials.
– Coordinate and execute communications and advertising projects.
– Update website content and support business development teams.
– Assist with recruiting efforts and communicate with industry organizations.
Qualifications needed:
– College degree required; Marketing or Communications degree preferred.
– Excellent written communication skills.
– Experience in marketing media design, including graphic design and layout.
– Experience with LinkedIn content management preferred.
– Defense industry experience preferred.
Experience:
