Job Description/Overview:
Fieldwire is seeking a Product Designer to enhance user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile applications. The role involves working with product managers and engineers to develop solutions, from wireframing to prototyping, and delivering impactful user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct user research to identify improvements.
– Create design specifications, storyboards, and prototypes.
– Develop pixel-perfect graphics and UI elements.
– Collaborate with product management, engineering, and customer success teams.
– Evaluate and improve app UI/UX continuously.
Qualifications Needed:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
– 2-5 years in product (UX/UI) design with a strong design portfolio.
– Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
– Experience with building design systems and UI pattern toolkits.
– Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects with tight deadlines.
