Job Description/Overview:
Serve as the front line for interactions with third-party vendors, providing support and maintaining data vigilance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist third parties via email, phone, and live support
– Explain and evangelize assessment processes
– Maintain knowledge of internal processes and resources
– Collaborate with internal teams
– Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Tech Support
Qualifications needed:
– Professional customer service experience
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to work in high-pressure environments
– Interest in risk assessment and cybersecurity
Experience:
– Experience with Zendesk is a bonus
