Job Description:
At Automattic, we aim to make the web a better place and create a happy workplace. We are looking for an Affiliate Program Manager to scale our WordPress.com affiliate program. This role involves affiliate engagement, content creation, and campaign management. The goal is to expand market reach and revenue growth through strategic affiliate activation and support.
Responsibilities:
– Recruit and onboard high-potential affiliates.
– Develop and execute strategies for affiliate program growth.
– Maintain and build strong affiliate relationships.
– Analyze program performance and optimize activities.
– Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
– Proven track record in growing affiliate programs, preferably in tech.
– Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
– Familiarity with WordPress.com.
– Strong analytical and project management skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team.
