Job Description/Overview:
The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the quality and consistency of food preparation, maintaining kitchen inventory, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Kitchen Manager works closely with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
– Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
– Supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
– Monitor and manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
– Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and taste. Conduct regular inspections and taste tests.
