Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for catering for the diet requirements for shift being covering
- Preparing Breakfast, M/Tea, Lunch, A/Tea and Evening meals
- Following all Food and Safety procedures
- Cleaning duties and temperature recording
Qualifications needed
- Certificate 3 in Cookery or Trade Qualifications
- Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
- Experience in the healthcare sector highly favored
