Job Description:
MLE is seeking a Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to handle social media marketing on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, along with lead generation, email marketing, and web analytics. The role involves both in-office work in Saugerties, NY and some remote work. You will focus on growing MLE’s Instagram and TikTok accounts and developing a social growth strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Grow and manage Instagram and TikTok accounts (@madebymle).
– Create, edit, and post on-brand content.
– Manage ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
– Conduct web analytics and performance reporting.
– Handle email marketing and affiliate marketing.
– Travel to Saugerties, NY to create content and collaborate in the studio/store.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience growing Instagram and TikTok accounts for fashion or beauty brands.
– Ability to create and manage engaging social media content.
– Experience with Meta and TikTok ad campaigns.
– Proficiency in web analytics and performance reporting.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and remotely.
– Experience with email marketing; graphic design and Klaviyo skills are a plus.
