Job Description:
The Enterprise Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support independent hotels within HEI Hotels and Resorts’ portfolio. This role involves working closely with property-level marketing teams, utilizing data-driven insights, and creating innovative digital campaigns to enhance online visibility, increase direct bookings, and boost brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for the brand and individual hotel properties.
– Collaborate with property-level marketing teams to align efforts with business goals and brand standards.
– Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
– Analyze performance data and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
– Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI.
– Stay updated with digital marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies.
– Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, digital agencies, and media outlets.
– Provide training and support to property-level marketing teams to enhance digital marketing capabilities.
– Develop strategies to increase direct bookings through company websites.
– Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
– Build and optimize landing pages for promotions and offers.
– Support on-property initiatives such as restaurants, spas, and events through targeted digital campaigns.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
– 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
– Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
– Excellent analytical skills and project management capabilities.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
– Experience managing digital marketing budgets.
– Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
– Ability to travel as needed to support hotel properties.
