Job Description:
Newsletter Pro is dedicated to helping small businesses grow by building genuine client relationships through custom print newsletters and other digital and physical products. As a Writer, you will create custom articles for clients and internal marketing pieces for newsletters, websites, and social media. You will collaborate closely with clients to develop a vision for their newsletters and create content that reflects their values and voice.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct monthly phone calls with clients to discuss topics and develop a distinct voice for each campaign.
– Research a wide range of topics, including dentistry, physical therapy, history, and pop culture.
– Write up to 100 articles per month (average of 5-6 per day, 300-500 words each).
– Schedule and complete 2-3 interviews each day.
– Create content that is engaging, informative, fun, and personal.
– Work closely with designers, project managers, and editors to ensure high-quality editions are mailed on time each month.
– Tackle special projects and internal initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, or a relevant field.
– At least three years of professional content writing/editing experience.
– Minimum of one year of ghostwriting experience.
– Strong research skills and a passion for learning new things.
– Positive and collaborative work ethic.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality content consistently..
