Our dynamic international team responsible for various solutions, including Office 365, PC and application deployment, as well as the management of VPNs and Microsoft 365 E5 security solutions is looking for:

An IT Support Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the whole IT infrastructure of Rotarex
  • Register with details all incidents and requests related to IT and manage to solve them, or assign them to other teams.
  • Keep procedures and documentations up to date.
  • Troubleshoot or upgrade desktop, laptops, printers, scanners, phone systems.
  • Manage IT stock and asset database
  • Implementing and maintain computer systems and software.
  • Follow the daily activities as a level 1 and level 2 support.
  • Advise about new technologies related to our corporate IT infrastructure.
  • Manage IT incidents and requests, while keeping the ticket database up to date.
  • Flexible on working time (maintenance can be occurring outside of standard working time), part of the on-call duty team rotation.
  • Backup and antivirus monitoring
  • Follow alerts on monitoring system

Qualifications needed

  • Fluent in French and English
  • ITIL knowledge, GDPR and Data Privacy
  • Incident and asset management
  • End user devices (computers, printers and multifunction devices, meeting room devices, phones, network devices, storage devices, security devices)
  • User account and computer accounts management
  • End user applications
  • Printing, network, phone infrastructure
  • Backup and Restore Management
  • Client and server operating systems
  • Messaging solutions
  • Monitoring solution

Skills: 

  • Team spirit, self-efficient, communication skill
  • Customer and service focus
  • Can take initiative, decision making
  • know an additional language
