Job Description/Overview:
Tranetech Software Solutions is seeking a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with various teams to coordinate our marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, focusing on lead generation for the sales team.
Experience:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
– Execute marketing plans, including campaigns, webinars, seminars, and networking events.
– Build, scale, and optimize digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
– Translate marketing strategy into funnel-focused programs to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
– Test, analyze, and scale experiments to improve key metrics across channels.
– Develop a strategy combining technical and content elements to drive SEO and organic search results.
– Measure, track, and optimize engagement throughout the customer journey to support sales efforts.
– Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs aligned with brand plans and business priorities.
– Collaborate with content marketing and design teams to create content for each stage of the customer’s digital journey.
– Review and optimize the design and content of online assets, including the company website and social media pages.
– Plan and control the digital marketing budget and allocate budgets to different channels.
– Analyze campaign results and effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
– Generate monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
– Create and manage an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan in line with business objectives.
– Execute content marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, leads, sales, and customer retention.
– Develop and manage the editorial calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
– Generate engaging content for thought leadership pieces, websites, social platforms, and marketing collateral.
– Manage relationships with external marketing agencies.
– Ensure consistency of brand voice, style, and tone across all content.
– Drive performance marketing via Facebook Ads, Display Ads, Customer Acquisition Funnel, Google AdWords, and SEO/SEM.
– Work with other stakeholders to optimize the conversion funnel for specific traffic sources, campaigns, and user segments.
Qualifications:
– Growth-oriented marketer with experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns, including creatives, email marketing, tracking, reporting, and performance review.
– Well-versed in the latest digital techniques, tools, and trends.
– Preferred experience with B2B SaaS organizations in a growth-oriented marketing role.
– Knowledge in developing digital multi-channel campaigns.
– Solid understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google ad platforms.
– Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Optimize, or similar tools.
– Comfortable using Google Sheets or similar for reporting and analytics.
– Strong content creation and writing background.
– Ability to develop engaging content for various audiences.
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience:
– Digital marketing: 4 years (Preferred)
– Total work: 5 years (Preferred)
– SEO: 3 years (Preferred)
– Script Writing: 3 years (Preferred)
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
– Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
