Job Description/Overview:
OnTheGoSystems is seeking an experienced WordPress Technical Supporter fluent in French and English to join their support team. This role involves debugging client issues, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with team members to resolve technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debug issues reported by clients.
- Respond to client questions via chat or tickets.
- Review configurations and code.
- Collaborate with the support team.
- Escalate issues or feature requests to development teams.
Qualifications Needed:
- -2-3 years of experience in a technical customer support role, preferably related to WordPress.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English; German and Arabic are a plus.
- Expertise in WordPress UI, Codex, templates, taxonomy, custom post types, WP CLI, GIT basics, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (reading), and Chrome DevTools.
- Experience building websites with WordPress.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and patience.
- Reliable internet connection.
