Job Description/Overview:
Spuerkeess is actively seeking an Operational Risk Analyst (m/f/n) to strengthen its Non-Financial Risk Management service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the management of operational risks
- Identify, evaluate, and address risks
- Monitor the implementation of action plans and improvement plans
- Participate in the execution of control function processes
- Conduct risk monitoring
- Manage the risk management framework
- Stay updated with regulatory developments
- Raise awareness among staff about risks
- Exhibit collegial attitudes and share information to enable colleagues to complete their work
- Present available information in an appropriate manner to interlocutors
- Show commitment to completing tasks on time and with quality, and be willing to question oneself to improve efficiency
- Communicate regularly to inform superiors of work progress, potential delays, or blockages, and adapt to priority-setting instructions
- Use the resources provided by the Bank to execute tasks following current rules and procedures
- Respect instructions from superiors while offering constructive criticism on their relevance
- Know and respect the code of conduct and HR regulations of the Bank
- Adopt a collaborative attitude with professional contacts and show willingness to support them in their mission or projects

Qualifications needed
- Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or similar fields
- At least 5 years of professional experience in risk management
- Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage
