About the Role
Simons is looking for a creative, curious, and detail-driven Writer to join our E-commerce team in Quebec City. If you’re passionate about fashion, have a flair for storytelling, and know how to make language sing, this is your chance to shape how customers experience our brand across digital platforms.
As a Writer at Simons, you’ll do more than craft words—you’ll bring emotion, inspiration, and clarity to our product descriptions, web content, newsletters, and more. You’ll play a critical role in expressing our brand voice while supporting SEO and e-commerce goals.
What You’ll Do
- Write and edit compelling, descriptive, and engaging content for fashion, home, and wellness products
- Create and revise content for newsletters, blogs, landing pages, and promotional materials
- Adapt your writing to match brand tone and speak to our diverse customer base
- Write optimized content that improves search engine visibility (SEO)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Graphic Design, Marketing, Online, and Purchasing) to bring campaigns and ideas to life
- Stay updated on fashion trends and communicate them in fresh, accessible ways
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Professional Writing, Communication, Literature, Creative Writing, or a related field
- Native-level fluency in French with strong proficiency in English
- Strong storytelling, editing, and research skills
- Passion for fashion and a flair for trend interpretation
- Ability to balance creativity with structure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with SEO writing is a plus
- Comfortable working across multiple digital systems and tools (Office Suite, CMS, etc.)
- Open to feedback and always striving for improvement
