We’re seeking a Technical Writer / Executive Assistant to support our CEO and team across a wide range of responsibilities including operations, marketing, administration, and business development. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and self-driven professional to work closely with leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

This hybrid role blends executive support with technical writing. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality documents, managing business processes, and supporting day-to-day operations. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Writing & Document Management

  • Research, write, edit, and produce clear and professional technical documentation

  • Format, proofread, and edit reports and business communications

  • Oversee digital document management and filing systems

Executive & Operations Support

  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and project logistics

  • Follow up with clients regarding payment and documentation

Marketing & Business Development

  • Lead content creation and manage company social media presence

  • Collaborate on business proposals and marketing materials

  • Assist in client outreach and relationship management

Human Resources

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives

  • Coordinate professional training and internal development sessions

General Administration

  • Liaise with vendors and partners

  • Maintain operational flow and support general office duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree/diploma in Business, Journalism, Paralegal, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in technical writing, administration, or legal support roles

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe

  • Experience with document filing and management systems

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently

  • Comfortable working flexible hours and occasional overtime
