About Us
Strength In Numbers Entertainment, the organizer of the American Warrior Festival, is dedicated to celebrating our troops, veterans, and the American way of life. We host events, concerts, and provide training for future U.S. military servicemembers. We are seeking a Team Recruiter to help us build a strong, dynamic team as we continue to grow.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing: Attract and source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and ensure a strong fit for the organization.
- Onboarding: Negotiate offers and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates.
Ideal Candidate
- Recruiting Experience: Previous experience in recruiting, posting jobs, interviewing, and hiring.
- Communication Skills: Strong writing and communication skills to create and deliver job postings effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with job sites/boards is a plus; knowledge of the entertainment and military industries is beneficial but not required.
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to work part-time with flexibility in hours.
