Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Project Coordinator to support our HR transformation initiatives. In this role, you will streamline processes, enhance automation, and contribute to a seamless employee experience by aligning systems and documentation with best practices. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across time zones and help drive change across HR systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and map Wayfair’s Talent processes.
- Conduct time studies and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements with a focus on user experience.
- Partner with HRIS and Talent Tech teams to manage system enhancement requests and coordinate testing.
- Review and update internal documentation to ensure alignment with global governance standards.
- Support change management and communication strategies for HR transformation milestones.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in administration, coordination, or project support.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and solve problems.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of or background in HR is advantageous.
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to travel to the London office regularly (approx. 1 day per week or as needed).
- Reliable internet connection (minimum: 25 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload).
