About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Company Secretary to support Revolut Bank UK within our Legal & Governance team. This role is pivotal in supporting executive governance, ensuring compliance, and enabling informed decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive company secretarial services to executive-level committees
- Coordinate governance approvals and ensure timely business decisions
- Draft and quality-check accurate meeting minutes
- Maintain corporate records via our global entity management system
- Incorporate, dissolve, or restructure entities as needed, including licensing support
- Manage director onboarding, training, and succession planning
- Provide governance advice on conflicts of interest and directors’ duties
- Create internal guides and documentation to share best practices
- Draft legal documents, resolutions, and other governance materials
- Support corporate transactions and strategic governance initiatives
- Conduct board and committee evaluations and policy reviews
- Monitor governance landscape and regulatory changes
What You’ll Need
- A bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a company secretary, ideally in financial services
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, company law, and compliance
- Proven ability to manage board meetings and prepare effective minutes
- Experience with legal entity compliance and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English
