About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Claims and Serious Incident Coordinator to join our Central Division. This key position provides administrative support to the Claims and Serious Incident Coordinator and, when needed, assists the wider Inquest team.

This is a part-time opportunity (22.5 hours per week), ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Claims and Serious Incident Coordinator with day-to-day administrative duties

  • Assist in managing complex cases and documentation

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records

  • Contribute to reports and other written communications

  • Collaborate with the Inquest team as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

  • Ability to handle and resolve complex cases

  • Proficiency in literacy and numeracy

  • Experience in administrative or legal support roles is a plus
