Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all calls with professionalism and personality, within the set SLA timeframes 
  • Navigate callers effectively using on-screen prompts and our bespoke systems 
  • Handle inbound emails and respond according to client-specific requirements 
  • Take and deliver accurate messages promptly 
  • Perform administrative tasks, including directory updates and client data management 
  • Act as gatekeeper for client calls and requests, screening appropriately 
  • Adhere to confidentiality, GDPR, and cybersecurity protocols 
  • Support your team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture 
  • Maintain records for accurate billing and reporting 
  • Complete team checklists and follow procedures, rules, and regulations 
  • Use active listening and communication skills to meet client needs and provide solutions 

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous experience in a telephone-based role, customer service, switchboard, hospitality, or legal sectors 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) 
  • Excellent keyboard and IT skills 
  • Confident, clear, and professional telephone manner 
  • Strong multitasking abilities 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent 
  • NVQ in Customer Service (desirable)
