Are you an organized, professional, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Insurance Services Group of the Southeast (ISG) is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide top-notch support to our policyholders and agents. This is a fully remote position, but candidates must be available to work in the Hawaii time zone.
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Answer policyholder questions regarding due date extensions, required documents, and audit processes.
- Make outbound calls to request necessary documents from customers.
- Respond to voicemails and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate support.
- Index and file documentation to maintain organized internal records.
- Update contact information for policyholders and agents as needed.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to other departments.
What You Bring
- High school diploma required.
- At least 1 year of experience in commercial underwriting or premium audit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal distractions.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
