Are you passionate about fitness and customer service? As a Remote Inbound Sales Representative at Road Runner Sports, you’ll be the voice of our brand, helping customers find the best running and walking gear while working from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound sales calls from customers, providing expert advice on fitness products and services.
- Build strong relationships with customers by making personalized recommendations.
- Promote VIP Family membership perks, helping customers save on top-brand gear.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, ensuring a WOW experience every time.
- Meet and exceed sales and service goals while creating raving fans.
What You Bring
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center (preferred).
- Experience working remotely with a reliable, self-motivated attitude.
- Strong communication and listening skills to understand customer needs and make expert recommendations.
- Ability to navigate computer software, use the internet, and perform basic retail math.
- Reliable availability, including evenings, holidays, and at least one weekend day.
- A Windows-based PC or laptop with high-speed internet for seamless remote work.
