Join Our Team as an HRIS Analyst
Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in HR systems administration and data optimization? Apis Services Inc is seeking a Remote HRIS Analyst to manage and enhance our HRIS platforms, specifically ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and ADP Workforce Management for time and attendance. This role involves collaborating with the HR System Administrator to improve HR processes, ensure data integrity, automate workflows, and support training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update ADP Workforce Now (WFN), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with onboarding new affiliates, including bulk data uploads and system registrations.
- Develop and document HRIS processes, guidelines, and training materials for system users.
- Set up approval paths, automated tasks, and role-based workflows within the HRIS.
- Work with HR teams to automate reports, training materials, and notifications for promotions and transfers.
- Conduct just-in-time (JIT) training and maintain process documentation.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and other key metrics.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and user training for new HRIS functionalities.
- Troubleshoot HRIS issues and serve as a primary point of contact for user inquiries.
- Stay up to date on HRIS best practices and recommend system improvements.
- Assist with data migration and integration between HRIS and other organizational platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of ADP Workforce Now (WFN) administration experience.
- Experience in a multi-company environment, particularly in mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong project management skills; experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Visio, and SharePoint is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR and other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
