Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls and electronic communications.
- Assist policyholders, agents, and lenders with policy inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures to accurately assist customers.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving skills to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment with accessible leadership and professional growth opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to interpret customer needs and make appropriate decisions.
- Proficiency in PC usage and keyboarding skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a separate, undisturbed workspace for remote work.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including optional Saturday shifts with additional compensation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Personal Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) agent license preferred (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Spanish/bilingual skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in an insurance agency or customer service role is preferred.
Work Schedule
- 12 PM – 9 PM Eastern Time or 11 AM – 8 PM Central Time.
- Generous compensation for optional Saturday shifts.
