Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and patience.
  • Assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Document interactions accurately.
  • Navigate through multiple systems and screens simultaneously.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
  • Comfortable with handling calls, problem-solving, and multitasking.
  • Proficient with basic computer navigation and typing.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Empathetic and patient, especially when handling difficult callers.

Earning Potential

  • Earnings depend on call volume, call type, and program selection.
  • Pay is typically based on time spent assisting customers.
  • Some programs offer performance-based pay and incentives.
  • Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes and expenses.

Schedule & Availability

  • Flexible scheduling in 30-minute blocks—you control how often you work.
  • Calls are generally available daily from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, with some 24/7 programs.

Requirements & Application Process

To join Liveops, you must:

  1. Complete an application and pass a background/credit check ($45 processing fee required).
  2. Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement.
  3. Submit a W9 tax form.
  4. Some programs may require additional training or certification.

Technology Requirements:

  • Windows-based PC (Mac and Chromebooks are NOT compatible).
  • Wired high-speed internet connection.
  • Some clients may have additional security and equipment requirements.
