Job Overview
As a Spanish Interpreter, you will facilitate communication between English and Spanish speakers, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in every conversation. You’ll work with clients across various industries, particularly healthcare and medical settings.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally while adhering to the Interpreter’s Code of Conduct.
- Provide accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation services.
- Be familiar with industry-specific vocabulary (healthcare, medical, etc.).
- Complete internal professional training.
- Communicate and report to a team leader.
Requirements
- 90% English proficiency or higher.
- Strong command of both Spanish and English (Proficiency/Bilingual/Native level).
- 1+ years of interpreting experience (preferred but not required).
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse cultures.
- Excellent listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
- Reliable wired internet connection.
- USB wired headset for clear communication.
- Windows 10 or macOS operating system.
