Job Overview
As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data entry processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your role will accelerate the grant writing process by 70%, making it a critical function in our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
- Manage data cleaning and validation processes.
- Ensure all data is properly formatted and organized.
- Generate reports and support data analysis preparation.
- Enhance data tracking and management processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security.
- Utilize automation tools and AI-driven solutions to streamline tasks.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data management within the Strategic Responsive Management Process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
- High proficiency in typing and data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new software and data entry methods.
- Experience with AI tools and automation technologies is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $750 – $850 per month
- Expected Hours: 7 – 10 per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed
- Work Location: Remote
