Job Overview
As a Data Quality Reviewer, you will analyze and verify patient data to ensure it meets established clinical completeness and accuracy standards. Your work will directly support advanced practice providers (APPs) in developing care plans and tracking patient health progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile patient data for completeness and accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate corrections as needed.
- Recognize potential care gaps to expedite APP review.
- Adhere to HIPAA and PHI policies for handling sensitive patient information.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One of the following:
- Certification in a medical field (CNA, MA, HHA, LPN, PTA, medical social worker, medical coder, or medical billing)
- Experience in long-term care or a related healthcare field
- Reliable & secure internet access
- Personal laptop or desktop (to access company systems)
- Secure workspace (to handle patient data securely)
- Understanding of HIPAA and PHI compliance
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $18+ per hour (paid weekly)
- Schedule: Choose your own hours, minimum 20 hours per week
