Enova International is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Loan Processing Representatives. This remote role is an excellent opportunity to build a career in consumer finance, assisting customers with loan applications from submission to approval.
Who We Are
Enova operates multiple consumer lending brands, each offering unique products tailored to customer needs. As a Loan Processor, you will specialize in one of our brands, receiving comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
This role is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in one of the following states:
Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of loan applications, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their loan applications.
- Make outbound calls to verify application details and collect any necessary additional information.
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in customer accounts.
What You Bring:
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and a good understanding of customer service best practices.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $17.00/hour, with potential for bonuses.
