Overview
Sanctuary Housing Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Freelance Content Writer to join our team. As a content writer, you will help the organization attract clients interested in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. You will work with provided information to effectively market properties, ensuring exceptional service and honesty throughout the process.
This is a remote freelance opportunity with a competitive monthly pay of £2,600.00 – £5,500.00 plus performance bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement:
- Identify and attract clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Present property listings with accurate descriptions and images to engage potential clients.
- Marketing & Advertising:
- Advertise property offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date listings and use online tools to market properties effectively.
- Independent Work & Collaboration:
- Work independently while collaborating with the team in a fast-paced environment to meet client needs.
- Ensure timely updates and communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in using technology and online platforms for marketing and managing properties.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
