Dinner Elf is a service that provides in-home chefs who prepare weekly meal prep for busy families. Our mission is to help parents spend more quality time with their kids by taking the hassle out of cooking dinner and cleaning up.
We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative / Virtual Assistant to join our team. If you’re smart, focused, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to time-sensitive texts and emails via HelpScout.
- Address customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Administrative Support:
- Proactively review appointment activity and ensure schedules run smoothly.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding chefs as needed.
- Other Duties:
- Provide administrative support to help the business operate effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Proven experience in customer service or as a virtual assistant.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal Attributes:
- Quick thinker and proactive problem solver.
- Thrives on challenges and enjoys tackling diverse tasks.
