Job Description/Overview:
Momentum Consulting is hiring an experienced Receptionist for our client, a global leader in Computers and Information Technology. This role is based at their Head Office in Homebush and offers an excellent opportunity for ongoing work in a professional and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the front desk and reception area.
Perform administrative tasks to support the sales team.
Greet clients and visitors upon arrival.
Manage incoming calls and inquiries.
Direct couriers and manage deliveries.
Assist with data entry tasks when required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a front office receptionist.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Experience:
Background in reception or administrative roles is essential.
Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
