Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, generating quality leads, and enhancing the company’s online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and generate quality leads.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating content to promote the brand and engage with potential customers.
- Act as the lead generation specialist to ensure the continuous creation of high-quality leads.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools to track success and optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with the Content Creator to produce engaging posts, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Oversee the company’s overall online presence to ensure consistency and effectiveness in marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms and advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Strong knowledge of SEO and email marketing techniques.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and social media management, preferably within real estate or design industries.
