Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy to promote the brand across social media platforms.
- Community Management: Engage with and grow our online community through regular interaction, responding to comments, and fostering brand loyalty.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality photo and video content, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and engages our audience.
- Content Posting & Writing: Design and write compelling posts, stories, and captions to share on social media platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of posts, providing insights and suggestions for optimization.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of trends and developments on social media, ensuring that the content is fresh, relevant, and creative.
- Partnerships & Competitions: Organize and manage social media competitions, partnerships, and collaborations to expand brand reach.
What We Are Looking For:
- Creativity: You have a natural creative flair and enjoy producing original content for social media.
- Experience: Familiarity with Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar photo-editing tools is essential.
- Social Media Savvy: You stay up-to-date with trends and regularly post engaging content on social media platforms.
- Content Creation Skills: You are comfortable filming and creating original and engaging stories using various apps and tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Humor: A great sense of humor and the ability to inject personality into your posts.
- Marketing Understanding: A good understanding of the marketing industry and how to create content that drives engagement.
