Position: Office Administrative Assistant

Job Description/Overview:
The office administrative assistant will manage office operations, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication flow within the team while handling various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
Open and distribute mail and other materials.
Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
Compile data, statistics, and other information.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas.
Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Access.
Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills.
Salary:
$25.25 hourly, 35 hours per week.
Work Setting:
On-site work required.
