Position: Sales Associate / PC Builder

Job Description/Overview:
The Sales Associate / PC Builder will engage with customers to drive sales, provide technical support, and handle high-end gaming PC assembly, troubleshooting, and repair. The role includes assisting customers with purchases, processing payments, managing inventory, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, troubleshoot, and repair high-end gaming PCs.
Provide technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Engage with customers, offer product knowledge, and suggestive selling.
Process POS transactions, handle returns, and maintain inventory control.
Cross-sell products and build strong customer relationships.
Stay updated with the latest in hardware and software trends to enhance PC build quality.
Meet sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Requirements:
Immediate joiner.
Visa 18 (Transferable, Commercial; not VIP or Small Projects).
Fluent in English.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, PC building, and troubleshooting.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
1-2 years of sales experience in a retail environment.
Basic knowledge of POS transactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From KD 325 per month
Experience:
1-2 years in retail sales, preferably with experience in PC building and troubleshooting.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge in PC components and customer engagement.
