Position Overview:
Best Egg is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Affiliate Marketing to drive the growth of our affiliate marketing programs. This leadership role requires expertise in developing and managing affiliate partnerships that will maximize brand visibility, generate leads, and increase revenue. The Director of Affiliate Marketing will collaborate with various teams to optimize affiliate strategies in alignment with the company’s financial products and customer acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Strategy Development: Lead the design and execution of affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and increase revenue.
- Partnership Management: Identify, recruit, and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing affiliate partners.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor affiliate performance, analyzing key metrics such as traffic, conversions, and ROI to improve program effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, data analytics, product) to align affiliate marketing initiatives with the company’s overall growth strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to compliance regulations, including the company’s internal policies and external guidelines (such as FTC requirements).
- Budget Management: Manage the affiliate marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies are in place to achieve KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in affiliate marketing, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and scaling successful affiliate programs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to optimize affiliate performance.
- Experience managing large budgets and driving high-impact campaigns.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 per year
- Annual Incentive Bonus: Eligible for a bonus of up to 25% of base salary based on individual and company performance.
- Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP): This position may qualify for an LTIP.
