Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and engaging Social Media Jockey to manage our social media outlets. You will be responsible for keeping our channels fresh, fun, and informative, ensuring that we connect with our audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance our presence on social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging content that entertains and informs our audience within 140 characters or less.
- Translate technical concepts into easily understandable language for our followers.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends to keep our content relevant and engaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field is required.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a concise manner.
- Ability to work independently from home while managing distractions.
- Passion for social media and an understanding of various platforms and their audiences.
