Job Description/Overview:
The Sales Analyst/Admin will plan the distribution of new items to retailer outlets and collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan distribution of new items to retailer outlets
Collect and analyze sales data to identify sales trends and patterns
Develop sales forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and business goals
Assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and campaigns
Monitor and analyze industry and market trends to anticipate changes and advise on potential changes to strategies
Track existing inventory levels with customers and advise on timely systematic replenishment
Assist with various administrative tasks, including business correspondence, report preparation, file management, and data entry
Utilize Excel, particularly pivot tables and VLOOKUP formulas, to manage and analyze data effectively
Collaborate with the sales team to streamline operations and support management needs
Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in additional data analysis applications and relevant educational degrees or certifications is a plus
Preferred Male candidates only
Pay: KD 300.000 – KD 350.000 per month
