Job Description/Overview:
Jetfly is a leading shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg, serving over 450 co-owners with a fleet of 60 Pilatus aircraft and the newly introduced Cirrus SF50. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Officer to enhance our sales activities in French-speaking Switzerland. This role involves cultivating relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) customers and generating new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition of New Leads & Meeting Generation:
Establish rapport with UHNW prospects and corporations.
Research qualified prospects using local and national business press and industry insights.
Send brochures to new leads and maintain relationships with existing prospects in the Sales CRM.
Conduct telephone and email prospecting to schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Director.
Manage and maintain the sales CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring accurate contact information.
Client Account Management:
Prepare client memos, including flight statistics and aircraft valuations.
Update proposals, owner profiles, and bios proactively.
Handle novations, direct debit mandates, and contractual addendums.
Follow up on contract termination dates and flight overtime for upselling opportunities.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare flight calculations and proposals.
Organize meetings and prepare necessary materials.
Collaborate with the feasibility department for flight studies.
Represent the region on behalf of the Sales Director at the Luxembourg Head Office.
Prepare contracts, addendums, and manage the signature process.
Collect necessary information for onboarding new clients and prepare proforma invoices.
Market Analysis & Marketing:
Support the preparation of the yearly action and marketing plan for the French-speaking Swiss market.
Help organize events and represent Jetfly at industry functions.
Create event follow-up emails and promotional documents as requested.
Profile & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2-3 years of experience in sales, client relationship, or client hospitality.
Strong multi-tasking abilities and project coordination skills.
Excellent prioritization and accuracy.
Autonomy and maturity in negotiation, especially with UHNW individuals.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Dynamic, curious, and goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
CRM experience (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or equivalent).
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
