Job Description/Overview:
Wavestone is a consulting firm that supports companies in their strategic transformations. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will handle daily administrative and HR duties, providing support to the HR team in various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support to employees (e.g., certificates, access badges).
Coordinate and manage the onboarding of new hires and offboarding of departing employees.
Assist with payroll processes and reporting.
Manage IT equipment and office supplies.
Plan and organise internal and external meetings/events.
Act as the main point of contact in the reception area (e.g., parcels, mail, reception of guests).
Liaise with facility management vendors and manage stock.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Assistant or Human Resources.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Fluent in English and French.
Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and organisational skills.
Experience:
Experience in administrative roles and HR functions.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
